The event

The Talent and Leadership Club are being hosted by Pernod Ricard at their lovely offices in Chiswick Business Park to explore the topic of talent. This is part of the 2025 series of in person events where the learning community will come together to explore a topic to a level of depth.

Economic uncertainty requires is to take a much keener interest in those we would consider talent. Research shows that a core group of employees deliver disproportionately. We need to be identifying them and wrapping our arms around them to ensure they are retained. The profession has been fairly stable in how we have identified who we would consider talent over the years. Let’s come together to discuss whether it is the best it can be, has inertia prevented advances, and has technology created a better way?
