The event
The Talent and Leadership Club are being hosted by Pernod Ricard at their lovely offices in Chiswick Business Park to explore the skills. This is part of the 2025 series of in person events where the learning community will come together to explore a topic to a level of depth.
The skills industry is now a multi-million pound one and some organisations have gone big on adopting a skills-based approach across their talent acquisition, onboarding, development and career planning. Yet, some industries are struggling to adopt it and not seeing how it applies to their context. This event will bring together skills platforms, organisations with case studies and those that are not seeing the relevance to see if the user-case matches up to the hype.
