The event

The Talent and Leadership Club are being hosted by Bayes Business School at their lovely offices in Finsbury Square, London, to explore the topic of the talent function. This is part of the 2025 series of in person events where the learning community will come together to explore a topic to a level of depth.

There is a range of approached carried out by the talent function. Some sit above the organisation, analysing data. Some roll their sleeves up, building deep relationships with HiPos and supporting them individually to make moves. In addition there are different approaches taken to the interaction with the learning function and the talent acquisition colleagues.
